MOTO GUZZI Griso 1100 (2006-2007) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2006, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer launched the Moto Guzzi Griso 1100, a cruiser motorcycle best suited for those riders who liked spending time on a good-looking machine but were not ready to settle for a lazy one.

The Moto Guzzi Griso was a series of naked motorcycles manufactured by Moto Guzzi between 2005 and 2016 in three different engine sizes. The 1100 was presented in August 2005, the 850 in April 2006, and the 1200 8V in November 2006 and sold since September 2007.

The 2006 model came with the same package as the first one, featuring the same technical, visual, and performance specifications without any significant modifications whatsoever.

Visually, the machine was fitted with standard features, such as lightweight three-spoke aluminum wheels, a two-into-one exhaust system with a single silencer mounted on the left side, a two-piece dual seat, and a round headlight with a chromed housing up front.

As for power, the 2006 Moto Guzzi Griso 1100 made use of a 1,064c four-stroke air-cooled V-twin engine with an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system in charge, boasting 86 hp at 7,800 rpm and 85 Nm (63 lb-ft) torque at 6,000 rpm.

The bike rolled on 17-inch wheels paired with dual 320 mm discs with four-piston calipers on the front and a 282 mm disc with a dual-piston caliper on the rear, acting as stopping power.
