The KTM Freeride E-XC was an electric off-road motorcycle manufactured by KTM. It is part of the Freeride family, comprising two gas-powered motorcycles with 250 and 350cc engines.

The Freeride series was developed for motorcycle alpinism, while the electric E-XC base model was available in a race-ready mountaineering version with the E-SX designation and a standard model with the E-SM designation.

All three models shared the same perimeter frame composed of steel and aluminum. The vertical beam from the swingarm pin is made of aluminum, while the beams and the cradle are steel. The swingarm was also manufactured of aluminum.

In 2018, the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer released the KTM Freeride E-XC, an electric motorcycle powered by a state-of-the-art motor fitted into a redesigned composite frame, delivering 24 hp (18 kW).

In addition, the bike features energy recuperation when braking or coasting, which gives an extra boost. The battery has a quick charge time, and even after 700 charge cycles, it offers 70 percent of its initial capacity.

The 2018 KTM Freeride E-XC has stylish new bodywork with racing graphics, colors, trims, a new instrument cluster, and a repositioned ignition lock.

The KTM Freeride E-XC has a 50 percent increase in its new KTM PowerPack that offers up to an hour and a half riding with a single battery charge.
