The 2009 MY Indian Chief Deluxe has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 1720cc, Power Plus 105 V-Twin powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 136 Nm of torque. It also comes standard with a tank-mounted instrument panel, a 5.5-gallon fuel tank, a dual seat, chromed brake calipers, a 2-into-1, stainless steel exhaust system, chromed, laced wheels, black engine covers, auxiliary driving lamps and a chromed, teardrop-shaped headlamp.
