As the top of the range version of the most successful pickup truck in Europe, the Ford Range Wildtrak deliver more power, better fuel economy and more advanced driver assistance technologies than any of its predecessors. Compared to the normal Ranger, the Wildtrak even offers premium features like an easy-lift tail gate and other features that are exclusive to the model, such as Active Noise Control technology and various trims.

Based on a new platform, the latest Ford Ranger has been redeveloped from the ground up to offer improvement on almost every level. It now delivers a segment-leading ability wading depth of up to 800 mm and 230 mm of ground clearance in non-Raptor guise, which takes off-roading to whole another level. While also available with an entry level 130 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque 2.0-liter diesel on the regular Ranger, the Wildtrak can only be configured with the two most powerful versions of the 2.0-liter EcoBlue engine.

Featuring a single variable-geometry turbocharger, the least powerful Ranger Wildtrak comes with 170 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. The top of the range version gets a variable-geometry high-pressure turbocharger and a fixed-geometry low-pressure one, so the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder is able to deliver 213 horsepower and a healthy 500 Nm of torque.
