Everybody who’s driven behind a Prius on a canyon road has had plenty of time to admire the eco stickers many owners choose to adorn their rides with. Nonetheless, some have taken this more seriously than others and we are here to show you a driver that clearly falls into the first category.
The pic above was snapped at a grocery store in Texas, where a TDI guy pulled a rather amusing trolling move on an unsuspecting Prius. As you can clearly see from the image, this is one souped-up Volkswagen Golf and the man chose to gift the intercooler for his upgraded turbo system with the “LOL @ YOUR HYBRID” message.
The move is probably backed up by the TDI driver’s calculus that may just show he gets better or comparable mpg to Prius guys while enjoys plenty of extra power. As for the manifold extension popping out of the hood... ,at least rain doesn’t visit Texas all that often.
Retuning to the infamous Prius stickers, the car is nothing short of brilliant, it’s some of its drivers that bring hatred from the other drivers over the entire green motoring community. Oh well, we’re really curious how many Prii it takes to compensate from the emissions of the funny Golf here.
