Now, This Is a Lot of BS, Really
When I’ve first read the title of the original story visrodown ran, I thought that something really nasty had happened, and frankly, I was expecting the worst because you know… these days you can never know which way the winds will blow. Still, after reading the piece I had to take a break as I laughed my face off. Truth is that something nasty had indeed happened, but in a much funnier way and to a rather happy end for everyone. Sort of.
It looks like the rider of a Honda CBR650F ran into a big deal of trouble in Newbold On Stour, Warwickshire, the UK. Frankly, I’m still smiling and trying to decide between “lucky guy” and “unlucky guy”. Long story short, this chap rode his Honda directly into a very large pile of manure which apparently made it in the middle of the road after the truck which was hauling it flipped.

The complete circumstances of this crash are unknown but it looks like both the rider and his bike have made it unscathed, though they’re going to need lots of showers to get rid of all the “flavor”. The bikes literally stuck in the thick manure and remained upright, while the rider most likely had a terribly funny descent onto the soft yet undignifying layer that broke his fall.

Firefighter hoses are said to have been used on rider and machine as a crew arrived at the spot to clean things up, and it looks like the trip continued, even though the destination was home for some more showering, and not some fast hauls and friendly racing with other riding buddies.
