KTM 390 Duke Indian Customers Still Waiting for Their Bikes
And we're not talking about chaps who decided to get a 390 Duke last week, but about people who booked their two-wheelers in the spring. April and May, that is.
The bike was officially launched in late June, and a 90-day waiting period was first rumored, then kind of confirmed. Since we're getting closer to mid-September, we might say things are going as scheduled, but the Indian customers are becoming more and more frustrated with news of the 390 Duke production being apparently exported.
A cool move KTM could make is fulfill the early orders, making those guys happy and thus willing to spread the good word. Happy people speak nice things about their new toys... The other way around is not exactly smart business.

This is disgusting service and I am very disappointed with ktms behaviour, it's not a cheap bike and they should be delivering the bikes to India FIRST, I AM SHOCKED THAT BAJAJ ALLOWED THIS LUNACY!!! If it wasn't for the Indian market, bajaj would be in the dumps.
At least give a clear statement or an official delivery date, don't leave us guessing,I am more than happy to wait another month; but with no contact from KTM I will assume they're not bothered about customer relations or having happy customers.
This is outright ridiculous and if I knew this would be the state of affairs I never would've booked the 390. DISGUSTING
I can definitely understand if they haven't delivered anywhere. But to see official news from Bajaj/KTM that strike didn't affect the production and then later on from KTM ceo that all produced 390's have been shipped to Austria without considering local customers at all.
This is absolutely despicable behaviour from KTM India.
Second they fool KTM into making 390 and then under the pretext of Strike/ Austria Customers ship the bikes to Austria. Indian customers will feel angry and revolted and will ultimatly compromise with Bajaj Pulsar 350. Winner -> Bajaj.
Learn from History. This is what Bajaj did with Kawasaki back in 2000. After learning all the secrets they kicked out Kawasaki. Even today they price Kawasaki bikes way too much so that Indians will always pray and sing - Hamara Bajaj.
What else to expect from an autorickshaw company.
Loosers -> KTM
Suckers -> Indians
