If we were to describe the 2013 Beta Alp 4.0 in as few words as possible, we'd probably choose "versatility and fun". These two concepts are the best definition for this nifty middleweight two-wheeler, a great bike for beginners and for more seasoned riders, as well.
A true dual-purpose machine, the 2013 Beta Alp 4.0 feels at home on the city asphalt and on the mountain trails or in the wide open fields. With a sturdy steel frame which makes handling predictable and firm, this bike can withstand the rigors of off-road riding.

Its suspensions' generous travel and rear shock adjustability are a great complement for the 21"-18" wheel combo and the knobby tires it comes shod with ex works. A 260mm front disc and 220mm rear one ensure strong braking force for both urban and off-road riding.

The heart of the 2013 Beta Alp 4.0 is a 349cc 4-stroke air-cooled single fed by through a 33mm Mikuni carburetor and which is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

With a weight of 138 kg, maneuverability is definitely not a problem and the bike's nimble character will surely please both city slicers and those spending a lot of time off the main road.
