Back in February, basketball star Blake Griffin chose a special pathway for the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, performing the stunt while jumping over a Kia Optima, with the ball being passed to him by Baron Davis through the car's open sunroof.
Now, Kia wants more action of this kind and has asked the Los Angeles Clippers forward to star in a new commercial for the Optima sedan, which takes the stunt to a whole new level, unfortunately using special effects.
We're inviting you o watch the 30-second clip in which you'll see Griffin being towed by an Optima (he's on rollerskates) up a ramp. He is then catapulted in the air and in the end dunks the ball.
It this too much or is is just a fun way to pass your time? Your call.
