When it comes to tuning Porsches, Techart is one of the oldest names in the book. The guys have been doing great work with the Stuttgart creations and they chose the Geneva Motor Show to unveil their kit for 911 GTS models for the first time.
The car they had on display was based on a Porsche 911 Carerra 4 GTS and received the whole nine yards in terms of body customization. As you can see, on the outside the front spoiler was changed along with the air vents that now are made of carbon fiber, the side mirrors, headlamp trims, side skirts, roof spoiler, rear spoiler with a wing profile done in carbon fiber and a new diffuser for the tailpipes. The Techart styling package sure makes a difference.

Other novelties include the 20” Techart Formula IV race wheels that wear bicolor titanium (in a grey/gloss combination) with centerlocks, the sport spring kit, new brake calipers that have the same color as the Techart logotype and, of course, a new exhaust that has valve control.

The cockpit was also addressed, not that the Porsche guys didn’t do a good job but since this is Techart, it couldn’t be left stock. Therefore, the dash is now wearing the Techart colors and so are the door trims, and center console.

Carbon fiber inserts decorate the ambiance, especially noticeable on the backs of the seats, while the steering wheel wears Alcantara and decorative stitching. Behind it we were able to notice the new Techart paddle shifters with a black matt finish and blue symbols while the pedals were now featuring new covers made of aluminum.

Even the floor mats were changed and the door sills illuminated with... You guessed it, Techart logos. The last detail we’re going to tell you about are the sun visors that are now dressed in Alcantara.

It’s all looking good but there was no word on any kind of performance improvements. That means that this kit is appealing to those looking for a different looking Porsche and not one that performs better.
