I'm 99% sure the good folks over at RDB LA or YouTuber Fanum don't think much about 'what's big and purple and lives in the ocean' – aka the Moby Grape story. And yet, I couldn't help but think of the genuine cult phenomenon when I saw this super SUV.
Moby Grape was a symbol of 1960s San Francisco, even though the rock band was never part of the city's counterculture movement. And yet, they were right there, next to Aretha Franklin, Jimi Hendrix, Sly Stone, and others. There were five members – just like the five doors of a Lambo Urus – and they are widely praised for staging rock's first full-on reunion and producing one of the era's best albums.

It's a story of ups and downs, just like it was the case with Lamborghini itself. Well, at the moment, the Sant'Agata Bolognese-based exotic automaker is enjoying one of its best periods ever, with the Huracan production bought until the end of the series, the upcoming Revuelto V12-toting plug-in hybrid supercar ready to rock and roll, and the Urus super-SUV keeping the fat profits churning in.

Even though rivals were keen to snatch its super-SUV crown, it seems the American aftermarket realm still cannot get enough of the Urus (or the Cullinan, for that matter), despite the best efforts from new entries like the Ferrari Purosangue or the BMW XM Label Red. Hey, that's not surprising when influencers don't want anything else, right?

Just recently, the YouTuber best known for his channel JustFanum asked the good folks over at RDB LA to personalize a Lambo Urus for him – most likely, he saw that ritzy trio of Performantes dwelling around LA and just had to have one that looked even better, or at least more outrageous. No worries, he got what he bargained for.

More precisely, the blue Lambo Urus was fully wrapped (door jambs and all) in a rather unique Satin Metallic Purple color outlandishly contrasted by the carbon fiber bits and pieces pertaining to the 1016Industries widebody aerodynamic kit. The super-SUV is also tucked on black 24-inch aftermarket wheels to bode well for the exposed carbon fiber details. Of course, that's not all because the next time we see it, the Italian CUV will also sport a lowered suspension setup, a Capristo exhaust, plus a Stage 2 performance upgrade.

So, it will not only look flashy from every angle – including when seen from the sky! – but it will also sound nasty to make sure everyone sees it and believes it stands out in any crowd. Plus, it's going to be a good deal faster than the regular Urus equipped with the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that churns out 641 horsepower, enough to hit 62 mph (100 kph) in just 3.6 seconds and a maximum speed of 190 mph (306 kph).
