This pony car is quite rare in the United Kingdom, but for the king of the jungle it rather looked like some fresh food. A video uploaded to YouTube shows an interesting encounter between an older model Chevrolet Camaro and a pack of lions. One of the animals finds the car’s bumper quite interesting so he starts chewing on it.
Take this four-wheel food driving around my backyard!

It would seem the footage was taken in a zoo, as the the road is surrounded by fences. Since the car was trespassing their land, it's only fair for the lion to at least take a smell, try to understand what’s going on. The moment it saw the car not moving the lion starts acting like the car is its next meal.

Even though we’re talking about a quite valuable vehicle, the driver kept things pretty cool and waited for the reservation’s jeep to intervene. Once the off-roader arrived the lions were immediately frightened and ran away. Why? Well, according to wild life specialists, that is what you want to do when a 200kg (440lbs), 2.4-meters (8 ft.) long cat approaches you: noise.

Say you ever find yourself on a walking safari adventure and you meet one of these beasts, wildlife adventurers claim it’s extremely important to make yourself look bigger. It is vital to stand your ground, perhaps retreating very slowly, but to continue facing the lion while clapping you hands, shouting and waving your arms around. However, considering the man was inside of a car, he probably reacted in the smartest way possible.

Question is, would you get out of the car in case this would happen to your car?
