Riding a bike in busy traffic adds real spice to one's life, as the risks of crashing are significantly bigger than when riding alone.
Adding in the equation the "awesome" way some Russian motorists drive makes things even more thrilling. However, adding a stupid rider is the final element for an accident waiting to happen. It's only common sense that any road user should be at least watching out for his or her skin, and try one's best to save the day in case other road users are idiots or make illegal maneuvers.
That is, stopping and letting the dumb road user pass even though he or she should have given way in the first place. And this only means trying to stay out of trouble, without anyone thinking less of such a rider.
