Volvo Launches its Own Web Portal "My Volvo"

Volvo Car UK decided to bring something new to its customers, something that will make their life much easier. We’re talking about their new web portal that enables the company to communicate directly with the customers.
This web portal will be called “My Volvo” and offers Volvo owners the chance to access an immense library of information, exclusive offers, product news as well new info about their own car. The idea is more than useful, the portal being quite easy to use.

Customers just need to register their details via the portal at www.volvocars.co.uk/myvolvo, those that are new to the brand can even keep track of their newly ordered car right from the factory to their doorstep. Any kind of information about the said car can be easily obtained through “My Volvo,” the web portal incorporating numerous video guides, tips on how to use the car’s different technologies plus a lot more.

David Baddeley, Customer Services Director at Volvo Car UK stated that “this is a real innovation for Volvo that will strengthen both [the] relationship with [their] customers and the way in which [they] communicate with them.”

All in all, we actually think that their idea is great and extremely useful and we’re pleased to inform UK customers that Volvo will also be adding the ability to book vehicle servicing and maintenance with a Volvo retailer.
