We already know that the Chevrolet Volt is a great and innovative car and one of the most efficient cars in the world now. However, we weren’t expecting this much interest in it, to be frank.
Apparently, almost seven out of ten buyers’ previous car was not a GM product. That is a massive number, considering GM’s got 9 sub-brands under its belt. Things get better for the Volt, with 93% of owners claiming that they would definitely buy it again, if given the option. A fair number of new Chevy Volt owners were brand-faithfuls for the Japanese hybrid makers, Toyota and Honda, but the Volt has made them ignore that fact completely.
When a car is genuinely good, it will attract a massive following behind, and this is by far the most widespread support of a GM product in ages - that can never be a bad thing!
