Victory Octane Now Available in Europe, Price Announced

Victory dealerships in Europe are receiving the first batches of Octane cruisers as we speak, and this means a neat and quick move from the North American manufacturer.

It looks like things are only rolling faster and faster at the Polaris-owned company. These fellows don't seem to be willing to waste any time, especially as the riding season already begun.

Some riders are not decided yet to pull the trigger on a new motorcycle, and Victory knows this. Even more, they know that the odds are that things which are out of sight will be out of mind, and not losing momentum after introducing the first liquid-cooled Victory is a very smart move.

Roadshows and various events are scheduled in France, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Sweden and Finland, and it would be wise to check out the list the American manufacturer kindly sent us. Victory's presence in Europe at the dealership level is pretty thin right now, but with the introduction of the new Octane and Victory RR electric machine, they have all the reasons in the world to extend their sales network.

Other models will also be available at the dealerships and these shows, so riders can get a bigger picture of what's going on in the Victory world nowadays.103 horsepower and doing 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in less than 4 seconds
Victory octane is powered by a revised Indian Scout engine, now producing 103 hp. The engine was initially developed for the Project 156, the machine Victory fielded in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb last year. The chassis is also different from that of the Scout, allowing 32 degrees of lean angle and boasting "agility previously unseen in an American V-twin motorcycle," as the manufacturer describes it.

In Europe, the Victory Octane will retail for a price starting at €12,950, which is pretty decent for a bike that just did the longest burnout in the world.
