With Bugatti preparing the official American debut of the Chiron, US-spec test vehicles have been spotted across the country and we're here to bring you a few examples of this.
As you can see in the image above, Bugatti engineers, who are now completing the final stage of the hypercar's US landing, have a sense of humor we can easily relate to.
We're not sure about the part of the country where that image was taken, but we do know the locations where the other two images you have here were snapped. And we'll have to thank Redditors Crtfd and RedditJr for this.
We'll start with the 1,500 hp machine that's still covered, which played the Darth Vader role over in Michigan - to be more precise, we're talking about Northville and, given how bumpy the roads can get over there, we can only assume serious suspension tests were being performed.
When it comes to the pair of Bugattis that seems to be more extrovert, this was spotted performing high-altitude testing at Pikes Peak. No surprise here, either.
Then again, it's not like US-spec Chirons weren't tested on the Old Continent before being sent to America. And there was also the Chiron appearance at Manhattan Motorcars, Bugatti's dealer in New York.
As for the debut mentioned in the intro, the Chrion will officially greet the US public at The Quail, a motorsport-themed event set to be held on August 19th. Two days later, the Chiron will join forces with the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept at this year's edition of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
And while we're all here, staring at these Chrirons, we'd like to remind you a Saudi Arabian prince has already acquired both a Chiron and a Vision GT, as Bugatti announced earlier this week, with the royal figure submitting "a convincing bid".
