When you’re in a McLaren MP4-12C and you line up at a drag strip, it’s kind of difficult to fear a hot hatch, no matter how tuned this is. Nevertheless, the first-generation Opel Corsa in the adjacent clip shouldn’t be underestimated.
This is a Corsa that’s powered by two Calibra Turbo engines. One is mounted up front, while the second occupies the space behind the front seats. We are most likely talking about C20LET units, which have been tweaked to 350 HP each, so, more or less, we’ve got a 700 HP setup here.

With a little help from elements such as a wheelie bar, this Corsa puts the British supercar to shame, as you can see in the video below.
