The 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport is one of the best-looking compact sedans out there, but such luxury and nice curves aren’t cheap. With the model costing around $43,000 in the US, some will probably just go have a test drive with it and then buy the scale model to put it on a shelf at home and gaze at it from time to time.
But currently, there is no diecast company to offer you a 2014 Lexus IS F Sport around, not even a cheap 1:24 scale model. Unless you live in Japan of course.
Renowned toys and scale models production firm Tomica is offering probably the first 2014 Lexus IS F Sport model in the world. It’s not that big, measuring 71 mm in length, 28 mm length and 22 mm in height (1:65 scale), which is roughly around the same size as a classic matchbox car.
Being made out of diecast Zamak (zinc and aluminum alloy) and regarding its size, it doesn’t look that impressive, but being the first ones out there and being available only in Japan makes them pretty desirable among fans.
Don’t be disappointed though, you can easily find someone on eBay shipping these things worldwide for around $7.
