The Simply Japanese car show and rally we were talking about last month has recently ended after reuniting Japanese car fans once again.
The display held at the Beaulieu parkland near the National Motor Museum in Hampshire, UK, gathered over 350 Japanese vehicles this year, with manufacturers including Toyota, Lexus, Datsun, Honda, Mitsubishi and Subaru.

“We were delighted with the turnout for this event with a great range of vehicles and were especially pleased to have a good number of clubs attending including the Mazda RX-8, Lexus and Nissan Owners’ Clubs, Nissan Sportz and Nissan Skyline Club. The lovely weather also meant that participants could enjoy a relaxing day with an opportunity to visit the whole Beaulieu attraction as well as take part in the event.” said Beaulieu’s event manager Judith Maddox.

Visitors were invited to vote their favorite vehicle in the People’s Choice Awards. Winner turned out to be Dean Cooper’s Toyota Starlet 60 Series, on which he spent three years to restore. See it in the photos bellow, along with a batch of MR2s.
