As if there are not enough problems with parking spaces in some areas, there has to be some “wise-guy” that occupies two or four of them from time to time, because his driving abilities equals zero or he thinks that he owns the freaking parking lot.
Guess there is a special place in hell for such persons, but until then, we can punish them here on Earth by using the same careless method they apply - he/she blocks more than one parking space, you block his/her vehicle. Plain and simple.
