Back in January, Pistonheads held a contest, inviting members and readers to vote and help create a special BMW M4 Coupe for this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. Those that dared to state their opinion had the chance to win a couple of tickets to the UK show.
BMW agreed to build the car they came up with and not only that, they also brought it to the Festival to be showcased to the world. To top everything off, they got none other than legendary Tiff Needell to drive it. Oh, and he had some fun with it along the way, as everyone would, probably.

The winning car was dressed in Individual Tanzanite Blue while inside Individual Black leather with Sakhir Orange stitching and carbon fibre trims were added, as the audience requested. the Carbon Ceramic Brakes with their Golden calipers were also included along with Jet Black wheels.

From the looks of things, M Performance parts were also added to the mix, the front bumper showing a carbon fibre splitter, the kidney grilles became black while round the back, the tailpipes seem to point out an M Performance Titanium exhaust.

Of course, Pistonheads logos went all around and the M4 turned out to be quite good looking after all. That Tanzanite Blue is really worth the money.

BMW decided to throw the M4’s brother on the track as well and an Sakhir Orange model also showed up minutes before the 'special one'. This one didn’t have the carbon brakes, blacked out grilles or the splitter up front but it was still looking sharp as ever. Check them out in the gallery below.
