Traveling the world and exploring new places in a campervan is an experience like no other. An experience many dream about and hope to one day turn into reality. If you, too, dream of living the van life and are looking for some inspiration for your camper interior, here is another stunning van conversion suitable for both summer adventures and full-time van living.
The stylish camper van you see in the gallery is the most recent creation from Tiny Planet Group, a Sacramento, California-based luxury van conversion company known for building campers that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The minds and hands behind this small company are Sofia and Dennis, a couple who experienced van life firsthand and turned their passion for travel and adventure into a business that helps people fulfill their dreams of living a simpler, more flexible life in a beautiful camper van.

The team's declared mission is to "enhance the overall enjoyment of life by providing an unparalleled travel experience," and this latest van conversion, with its sleek interior and focus on functionality, is meant to allow adventurers to bask in freedom and immerse in the beauty of nature.

Based on a brand-new 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 170" WB, this camper van looks like a fancy apartment on wheels and comes equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable life on the road, including a well-appointed kitchen, a shower, a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a powerful 12V electrical system.

Like most of the company's builds, it comes with an unassuming exterior and a sleek, "voguish" interior that combines elements inspired by American deserts and European hotels. The compact living space inside is defined by a soothing color palette of sand shades, crisp white, and natural wood, complemented by gold accents and an awesome interior lighting system that add character and sophistication. Moreover, bohemian-inspired accessories like pampas grass and wicker textiles give the interior a carefree, relaxing look that is still classy and put-together. Tiny Planet calls this design style "Boho Desert."

A closer look reveals that elegance and aesthetic appeal were not the only things the designers focused on, though. They also made sure to offer maximum space efficiency. The interior layout is carefully thought out to optimize every square inch and create a comfortable and functional home on wheels. It has a seating/dining area up front, a sleek kitchen and a wet bathroom in the center, and a generous sleeping space at the rear.

There is no formal separation between the driver's cabin and the actual living space, which makes the interior feel open and spacious. The driver's and passenger's seats can be swiveled to face a bench and a Lagun-style table and create a nice lounge area. This seating area was designed with multifunctionality in mind, as it can be used not only for lounging but also for dining or working on your laptop. Moreover, the bench is longer than usual, so it can be transformed into a single-size bed and offers plenty of storage space underneath. A slatted accent wall behind the bench with clever lighting boosts the elegance of the space.

The adjacent kitchen showcases a premium look with its UV-coated maple and oak plywood cabinetry, white acrylic countertop, and laminated backsplash. A flip-up countertop table extends the usable counter space to no less than 86 inches (218 cm) while carefully chosen appliances ensure modern functionality. Apart from the deep quartz sink with a sleek golden faucet and sink cover, the builders also equipped the cooking space with a two-burner induction cooktop, a  12v refrigerator/freezer, and power outlets for other electric appliances. Four vertical pull-out pantry drawers and three upper cabinets offer plenty of storage for food and cooking essentials.

The wet bathroom is located across from the kitchen and offers ample shower space for comfortable bathing. It boasts a custom-made flat shower pan with four drains and laminated walls that match the backsplash in the kitchen. The builders chose the most efficient shower head that uses just 0.4 gallon (1.5 liters) of water per minute, and the bathroom also includes a hidden toilet that slides out from under the front bench.

The sleeping quarters at the back of the van accommodate a queen-size permanent bed (75"x60") with a 6-inch memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep, while the overhead cabinets offer clothes storage.

When designing a compact space such as the interior of a camper, the tiniest of details matter. And the attention to detail in Tiny Planet's van conversion elevates its overall look and feel. For instance, the fact that the fridge is located at eye level means no more bending down and the one side flare in the bedroom area offers a few extra inches to stretch your legs.

For comfort and convenience during travels, this luxury camper also comes with an incredible solar and battery system (400W of solar power and a 600 Ah LifePO4 battery for up to seven days of off-grid living). An air-conditioning unit, 42 gallons (160 liters) of freshwater, 20 gallons (76 liters) of greywater, and a 2.5-gallon (9.4-liter) Bosch electric water heater are also part of the package.

Beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need for hassle-free travels, this Sprinter-based camper van from Tiny Planet Group is ready to hit the road and help you create unforgettable memories. It looks like a great companion for anyone craving both comfort and exploration and is available for $170,346.
