“Godzilla was spotted in the Hawaiian Islands”. Here’s a headline that would have stirred either panic or excitement around the masses but for us petrolheads, it has a total different meaning.
If you’re having even a small percentage of gasoline in your blood, you should know by now that at some point, one particular Nissan GT-R is about to be brought into the conversation. Well, that point is now and the car we’re talking about is a Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R.

Since Godzilla’s looks don’t say much about the beast within, most hardcore owners go for styling works that are more or less in harmony with the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder (almost nuclear) power plant rumbling under the R35 GT-R’s hood.

Liberty Walk are among the favorites here and for good reason. Their wide bodykit package looks just as aggressive as a sword in a gladiator’s hand but when Mother Nature helps with a stunning view to put the car in, what is really left to say?

Right about nothing, we’ll give you that, as those flared wheel arches and that towering rear wing manage to blend in the rather alien panorama. The best part is that you can see for yourself we’re not trying to kid anyone here, courtesy of HYPRPW Photography.

In other words, expect volcanic activity to reach new peaks in Oahu while this red monster is roaming the surrounding roads. You know where to find the photo gallery so there’s no point in further comments on this topic.
