This G 63 AMG Behemoth Went on an Ice-capade

Driving two and a half tons of Austrian steel powered by over 500 hp is one thing, but doing it with the electronic stability control switched off and over a snowy track should be an experience that you will be talking about to your children.
We are of course talking about an epic Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG - which is made like all other G-Class models in Graz, Austria – which was recently driven at the limit but most of all beyond it by a Piston Heads member.

Part of the Winter Driving Experience, when the AMG Driving Academy is simply creating more reasons for people to fall in love with the Affalterbach company, the G 63 AMG test drive was more like a drift experience taken to the maximum level.

Since the driving instructors were more than happy to let the students let their inner hoon emerge, we can guess that the event was pretty heart pumping, especially since there wasn't any risk of damaging the car or getting stuck in the snow (three locking differentials, remember?).

You can check out the Piston Heads G 63 AMG in the snow review for yourself and virtually get in the shoes of the driver, we vouch that it will put at least a smile on your face until the end.
