November 18th – that's the day when MINI will drop the new Cooper and Cooper S. In preparation for that even, they've begun shooting some commercials, and they are letting us know what they're up to in advance. How nice of them!
A bulldog and a great dane are the stars of the shooting, said to emphasize "emotional bond established between drivers and their Mini”.
The commercial was shot on the streets of Los Angeles, the same city where we spotted the car completely undisguised.
MINI will show its new hatch on the 18th of next month because that's when we'll celebrate the 107th birthday of Sir Alec Issigonis.
They've already announced their car will be offered with two new TwinPower Turbo engines, a 1.5-liter with 136 PS and 220 Nm of torque or a 2.0-liter with 192 PS and 280 Nm of torque.
