Ever wondered where all the money for Jaguar's revival comes from? It's the little things that matter with Tata Motors, especially since the Indian market is so focused on the sub 4-meter class. Today, we're bringing you live photos of brand new Tata model, recently unveiled ruing the 2014 New Delhi Auto Expo.
Starting with the Bolt, this is a brand new hatchback model that was is based on the Indica Vista. Big changes were made both inside and out to make it feel like a quality product. The interior of the car uses more uplifting colors for a more joyful driving experience. Power comes from the brand new 1.2-liter Revotron turbocharged petrol engine producing 85 PS and 140 Nm of torque, or a 1.3-liter diesel rated at 75 PS and 190 Nm of torque, a Fiat Multijet based engine that Tata likes to call Qudrajet.
The Zest is an equally small sedan model that's based on the Tata Manza. Powertrains are similar to the Bolt, but the Indian automaker offers F-Tronic Automated Manual Transmission as an option on this car.
Modern features are shared between the two cars, including 5-inch infotainment system, smartphone integration and a touch-screen display.
