The car you see in these spy photos combines the new headlights and grille that came with the facelifted A4 and should soon reach the market with the Allroad jacked-up body of an estate (Avant). We first saw the A4-based Allroad 2009 the Geneva Motor Show.
At the time, we learned that it would not be coming to the US market, however, Audi has announced they will be bringing the Allroad nameplate to the US market soon. This will most likely take place in 2013, and only after the facelifted version you see here makes its debut.
We’ve also seen A6 Allroad versions patrolling the roads of Europe, and it’s likely this car will also make it across the pond from Germany to the US soon after the A4. This is the sort of luxury car that US customers will want to buy if they have to deal with snow and mud for most of the year. That’s because quattro AWD should come as a standard feature.
