As far as must-have Mercedes cars go, they don’t bet more desirable than the SLS AMG. The range has recently been joined by a Roadster that has simpler doors, so to bring the lunacy back, they are going to market something altogether more radical.
This is the widened, beefed up and decked out Mercedes Benz SLS AMG... Black Series. It’s a long name, but this is going to be a lot of car. The 6.2-liter the car came with in the first place could be tuned to produce as much as 660 hp, or they might just produce a monster version of the new 5.5-liter V8 bi-turbo.
But there is an all-mighty problem with this car, and it’s called the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. The name might sound cute, but the new flagship revealed just recently is the most powerful normally aspirated supercar out there. Adding ‘Black Series’ to the name will make the already expensive SLS even more so, which might mean trouble.
But look at it this way: this is likely to be the fastest Mercedes Benz ever, and we know there are a good few fans out there.
