Believe it or not, you're about to see a video about a hybrid car, Ferrari's first in fact. We think it's rather amusing to read about a machine that's supposed to be more efficient and yet sounds like an F1 single-seater.
LaFerrari is the Italian's latest hypercar, a limited edition car that will have to go up against similarly electrified machines from McLaren and Porsche. But while those two have EV modes, Ferrari just couldn't accept the fact that its car could run just on electricity and so it doesn't.
All three cars will battle to be top dog on the Nurburgring, changing suspension settings and tires as they go. We suppose this is the very reason why Ferrari is continuously honing the car on the track.
Even though the LaFerrari is already fully revealed, there's still some time before it reaches production, as the tooling isn't yet in place. But even so, we find it strange that a fully revealed supercar is so covered up in camo. Maybe it doubles up as paint protection.
