Triple Formula One World Champion Sebastian Vettel is now the proud owner of the first production vehicle wearing his name: the Infiniti FX Vettel Edition.
Developed with direct input from the German driver, who is also Infiniti's Director of Performance, the new FX Vettel Edition SUV will be built in only 150 examples. The first unit, number 001, was just delivered to Sebasstian Vettel's home in Switzerland.
Introduced at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the FX Vettel Edition is the most powerful model in the Infiniti lineup.
“I’m proud to now own the Infiniti that I helped design. It has great performance, responsive handling and fits my daily life perfectly. The FX Vettel Edition is great fun to drive and I like that it is totally unique, I am sure many other Infiniti owners will feel the same way,” said Vettel in a statement.
