Do you know what you can get until the new Scion iM and the mysterious sedan enter the market? Limited editions, that’s the only new things you can get out of the youth-oriented Toyota brand. And the Scion tC Release Series 9.0 is the latest one to come.
The pumpkin-black two-toned tC is already available for purchase now, coming for $23,190 if you want to shift gears for yourself or $24,340 for the automatic, excluding delivery, processing and handling fee of $770.
Designed with the help of Jeremy Lookofsky of Cartel Customs, the bicolor tC also comes with a special set of glossy black rims, matching mirror casings and door handles, blackened badges, a high-profile roof spoiler, and center exhaust, while the interior sports a Cartel logo push start button, orange seatbelts and stitching as well as special floor and cargo mats.
A TRD lowering suspension kit is included too, making the car even meaner. Unfortunately, power comes from the same 2.5-liter four-cylinder pushing 179 hp and 172 lb-ft to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic or manual gearbox.
So, is it on your shopping list? If yes is the answer, you should check your dealership right now, because only 2,000 units rolled in nationwide. If not, check the vide bellow and see what you’re missing.
