Thought you heard the last of the Savage Rivale? Think again, as a brand new GTR version has been revealed ahead of its debut at the Top Marques Monaco. This exciting looking machine used to be a very exclusive coupe, before they turned it into a race car, and nobody is complaining.
The GTR version comes with adjustable suspension, huge Brembo brakes, lightweight alloys with sticky rubber and a big wing at the back.

No interior images or shots of the complicated door mechanism was released yet, but we should have them by the time the Monaco even kicks off. Safety features include a six-point harness fitted to some Recaro buckets.

Power comes from a 6.2-liter mid-mounted V8 that puts out either 700 or 800 horsepower and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. The Rivale GTR only weighs 1030 kg (2271 lb), and so it’s not that hard to believe it will do 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed in excess of 360 km/h (224 mph).

On their official website, the Dutch makers have announce only 69 of these will ever be put together.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
