The Sandero is the entry-level model in the Dacia (Renault’s Romanian low-cost brand) range. However, in certain countries, the model is marketed as a Renault. And it is one of these markets which is getting all the attention now (as far as the Sandero is concerned).

Renault has launched a sporty limited edition for the Sandero on the Argentinean market. Dubbed Sandero Get Up, the vehicle comes with the top of the range 105 hp 1.6 liter 16 valves engine (which is not offered in Romania).

The powerplant allows the hatchback to reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in 10 seconds and return a fuel consumption of 33mpg (7.1 liters per 100 km).

Both the exterior and the interior of the vehicle have been fitted with a number of elements that are aimed at offering a sporty image. The car rides on 15 inch alloy rims, uses body-painted door handles and exterior mirror covers and comes with foglights, as well as with an exhaust tip that uses a chrome finish. In addition to that, the tail lamps are tinted.

The vehicle can be ordered in four exterior colors: Star Grey, Steel Grey, Fire Red and Nacre Black.

As for the interior, this features a satin finish for certain details, a black upholstery that comes with red stitching, red lighting for the dashboard. The car comes with features such as an on-board computer, an air conditioning system and an MP3 audio system.

Renault only plans to offer 2,000 units of the Sandero Get Up, with the vehicle retailing for a price of approximately EUR12,000.
