Some people have a higher tolerance to anger than others, and can take a surprising amount without going into berserker mode. However, in Russia, even the slightest hint of foul intention leads to drivers acting very oddly, for no apparent reason.
Take this video, for instance. The driver of the van (or light truck) with the dash-mounted camera is driving along normally, when a drivers pulls out of a small gravel path, and onto the main road. He does not bother the van driver in any way, until he starts braking in front of him for no apparent reason, before finally stopping his Renault Fluence just ahead of an intersection, to get out and speak to the other driver, as well as push and shove him.
Did all this take place because one driver didn`t allow the other to pass, despite the fact that the intersection was fast-approaching and there was really no time to do the maneuver safely, especially in a van.
