It seems like the spirits are quite high in the Team Blue (Yamaha MotoGP). Since we know Valentino Rossi to be quite a fun-loving guy, it was somewhat small wonder to see the first pictures of the Sepang test livery tweeted by YamahaYellow46, allegedly Dottore's bike.
The tests for the factory teams at Sepang have already started at the time of writing and we are waiting for lap times and early declarations. So far we can tell that the bike has a rather spartan and very sober look: we can't (and won't say) it's dull, but it's nothing to write home about either.

Maybe with some more traditional yellow things will look a bit more flashy, the way the rest of the MotoGP bikes have always been. We saw some nifty designs made by fans which looked way more interesting than the present official livery. Pictures after the jump.
