Renault finally stopped making boring ugly cars, replacing them with quirky looking machines wearing bright colors and feeling way better on the road. The new marque identity will also be underlined by the place you'll be buying these cars from now on, because the French automaker is going to change dealerships’ architecture, layout and customer relationship.
Yep, Renault is transforming the way its customers experience the dealership network through a series of new visual space identity concept called Renault Store. How original...

This will be done in four essential steps, starting with welcoming the customer through a big desk to form a focal point for the customer upon entering the building. There, a host or hostess will point the buyer to the right direction according to his/her needs.

Next step is to introduce the brand to the customer via a huge Brand Wall, displaying informative and engaging content on a screen to denote the automaker’s values and progression.

Displaying the range is another important part and this will be done by dividing the showroom in themed zones. The ‘Headline Zone’ will show the newest model, the ‘Passion Zone’ displays recent models in a setting that emphasises the brand image, the ‘Z.E. Zone’ displays Renault’s fully-electric range of vehicles and the ‘Sport Zone’ puts Renault’s expertise in motorsport in the spotlight and showcases the Renaultsport range.

The final step is exploring the products which will be done at the Brand Bar and the Configurator, places that allow the customer to get accommodated to the products in more detail than before as well as customize their new Renault or Dacia model.

As far as we know, the process will firstly start in the UK, with all Renault dealerships scheduled to receive the “facelift” by the end of 2017. For further details you can consult the press release below.
