200 horsepower, still great for a family car, easy to park, only crashed one time – we can almost see the online advert for this Clio RS, which is probably repairable.
The crash you're about to watch happened on May 30th during a Nordschleife tourist track day. It involves a regular version of the Clio 3 RS 200. It's an awesome little car built as an update for the 197 with better responses and more low-down torque.

While it is front-wheel drive and easier to handle than your typical BMW track car, the short wheelbase means its handling is twitchy.

The Knuffi Team Roadrunner, as this Clio is called, starts to oversteer under hard braking just before the corner. It hits not once, not twice, but three times against the safety barriers of the track. We call this pinball in real life.

A few years ago, Steve Sutcliff compared a green Clio RS to the mighty Ford Focus RS and said it was a lot of fun. It would be a shame for this RS 200 to be retired. We think the damage can be repaired, but it might not be financially smart. You see, you can buy another replacement Clio RS for about €8,000, even a facelift model.

So all that truly matters here is that the driver is alright. You can see the people driving the Lexus IS-F and BMW M3 are slowing down to see if he's alright. The driver could stand and walk, but was taken to the hospital for checks.
