About two weeks ago, Bulgarian tuner Vilner was showing us a video teaser of its latest project: the restoration of a very rare 1992 Alfa Romeo Zagato Roadster.
The European specialist didn't take too long to complete the car, and has now returned to showcase its impressive results. Considering this 2-seater roadster is one of just 284 units ever built, the Bulgarians must have had a very challenging task in bringing it back to its original state.
Besides requiring a new paint job, in it's initial red shade, of course, the Zagato needed a new hood as well, and Vilner somehow managed to craft a new one. Some engine parts were also restored, along with re-upholstering the leather seats and adding new floor mats, or door panels.
All electrical and mechanical issues were reportedly fixed, with the car now being ready to be shipped to its unnamed German owner.
The project can undoubtedly be declared a success, but we'll let you decide that by yourselves after viewing the photo gallery below.
