Back in September Pure Vision and HRE Wheels were teasing a “1,200 HP surprise” Chevrolet Camaro for the 2013 SEMA Show, a project that has arrived in Las Vegas with a little more power under the hood. We’re talking about 1,400 horsepower that were squeezed out of a Nelson Racing Engine 7.0-liter V8 fitted with two turbochargers.
The huge amount of power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed Magnum transmission, while a set of HRE rims wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires are trying to keep the second-gen Camaro on the ground at full throttle. Stopping power is provided by Baer brakes and handling improved via JRI coilovers and HyperTech springs.
