Porsche's very own "LaPorsche", the 918 Spyder, will be more powerful and much lighter in production form, a future Stuttgart-hybrid supercar owner said.
A TeamSpeed forum member who claimed to have placed an order for the Porsche 918 Spyder, says the combined output of the hybrid sportscar will gain 80 bhp over the concept version.

With 875 bhp under its hood and lighter than expected, the Porsche 918 Spyder will be able to lap the Nurburgring in less than seven minutes and will make the "LaFerrari and the P1 look mediocre", the future owner, who also placed orders for the latest Ferrari and McLaren supercars, said.

The German sportscar will reportedly be able to run 150 km have a top speed of 150 km/h (93 mph) in electric mode and will benefit from the four-wheel steering system already fitted on the Porsche 911 GT3. The same source says that the production model will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
