Who here thinks the Mercedes-Benz Coupe is a classy vehicle meant to be enjoyed at a slow pace on the French Riviera, and not a macho sports car used to project your aggression on the outside?
Well then, how about you send a message to Prior Design because the people there seem to have a completely different idea. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe is a pretty large car and that, by definition, renders any claim for extraordinary nimbleness absolutely futile.

Power, on the other hand, is something it suits the German two-door luxury car very well. The AMG version packs plenty of it, but it falls kind of short in the visual department. Or at least it does now after we've seen what Prior Design can do this car.

The package you see here is called the PD75SC and, apart from 50 percent to your self-confidence, it also adds 20 centimeters (8 inches) to the car's overall width. That's the kind of extra body panels that require a serious recalibration on the driver's part if he doesn't want to shave a few millimeters every time he goes through a tight gap.

Prior Design's widebody kit contains a modified version of pretty much every part of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe's exterior. It gets new front and rear bumpers, side skirts, hood, rear air diffuser, and that rear wing you never knew could look good on a car such as this.

There is also a new stainless steel exhaust system with throttle control that gives the car a soundtrack to match the brashness of its appearance, Nappa and Alcantara leather on the inside and a set of PD4 forged wheels 22-inches in diameter.

As it's always the case with tuning operations, the success of the Prior Design PD75SC package is also a matter of personal taste. If making the S-Class Coupe look like it's ready to steal a kid's ball, kick it over the fence and laugh about it is what you're after, then this conversion is perfect you.
