Over the years, the Porsche 911 has proven that it can be many things, with one of the most unusual uses for this car being that of a canvas. The 2011 911 Speedster art car you see in the adjacent images was created by famous artist Miguel Paredes in collaboration with Champion Porsche for the 2011 Art Basel.
The event, which was held in Miami, displayed a total of over 260 galleries from North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa, bringing over 2,000 works that belong to artist of the current and past century.
The 911 was the most exotic piece displayed, especially since it’s one of the only 356 Speedsters made. It seems that 176 was the lucky number, as it was the one chosen to become what you see here.
