Back in July, Porsche confirmed they were indeed working on the resurrection of the 550 Spyder name, which would come in the form of a two-seater sportscar to serve as a new entry-level model when it hit the market in 2014.
However ambitious Porsche’s future growth targets might be, their financial and corporate analysts are still keeping an eye on the state of the global economy. According to Auto Week, the entry-level roadster might actually be hanging in the balance right now, even though it’s supposed to be the cheapest model they offer.
