They say keeping your childhood innocence is quite important if you want to be successful in life. It sure works for British beauty Pixie Lott who was quite happy to join Land Rover’s proposal and host their surprise pop-up winter wonderland they created at Alexandra Palace Park in North London as part of the auto maker’s winter #Hibernot campaign.
This weekend’s heavy snow is the first to be seen in London so far this winter and the first time the capital has witnessed such conditions since 2009, so it’s no wonder it was received with great joy by Londoners. Singer and Strictly Come Dancing star Pixie Lott turned Snow Fairy along hundreds of other people who celebrated a surprise overnight snowfall.

Land Rover created a pop-up winter wonderland overnight so people could enjoy the landscape for a day of snow-filled fun. Snowball fights and sledging was the main dish of the menu, with people across London joining in the excitement.

According to the British automaker, the little fun place is part of a winter campaign through which Land Rover UK is encouraging people to embrace the great outdoors. The Hibernot hub features over 300 recommended activities all over the country for families and individuals to enjoy and explore.

This is the part when we’d ask ourselves how does all this has anything to do with the premium compact SUV Land Rover recently unveiled, the Discovery Sport. Well, it doesn’t really, not straight ahead anyway. It’s simply the way car manufacturers worldwide think marketing is supposed to be nowadays. At least they’re constantly trying new things, we have to give them that.
