Peugeot Teams Up with Disney for Toy Story 3 Launch

French manufacturer Peugeot announced today it has partnered with Disney for a European marketing campaign that will coincide with the launch of the Toy Story 3 in 3D. The campaign will comprise a drive to Dealership promotion, as well as TV, print, in-dealer and online advertising.

The highlight of the new campaign is a ‘Toy Story 3’ Peugeot TV commercial, which will run on a multi-platform basis and feature the 5008 MPV and Woody. A family is shown arriving home in their Peugeot 5008, but when Woody forgets his hat in the car, both the car and the Disney character are brought to life.

“Peugeot is delighted to be working with a like-minded family brand such as Disney. 'Toy Story 3' looks set to be this Summer’s blockbuster movie and we believe the campaign will really capture the imagination of our customers,” Ollie Griffin, Manager, Brand Advertising at Peugeot, said in a release.

Peugeot Dealers also have something prepared for customers that take one of their family vehicles for a test drive, as they have the chance to win a holiday to California. The models involved in the promotion include the 308SW, 3008, 4007, 5008 and Partner Tepee.
