Pagani Huayra Revs at North American Debut Party

When it comes to the royalty of supercars, you’ve got to have a bit of patience, never being too critical with the unique and very expensive cars that very few mortals will ever get to drive. It seems that forever ago, Pagani introduced the replacement for the Zonda, but since then it’s shied away from the camera’s attention.
This video of the $0.4 million creation was shot last April by CarsAndCoffeeIrvine at the Huayra’s North American launch party. We enjoy the cool color and the throaty sound of the engine, but also the irony of a ‘launch’ party for a car that isn’t there yet.

That’s because the Huayra has problems with homologation, as the NHTSA denied Pagani’s exemption request for the lack of an advanced airbag system.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
