Besides this, the vehicle debuted with the new generation 1.6-liter CDTI diesel engine that produces 136 PS (134hp) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque.

According to Peter Christian Küspert, Vice President Sales & Aftersales of Opel, “the new Meriva is better-than-ever.” So, you can see that, the company is more than happy with it and believes that this particular mini MVP has managed to set a standard in its segment, all thanks to with its ergonomics, affordable flexibility and quality.

Also, Opel took the time to give it a makeover, incorporating a new grille with higher chrome content, redesigned headlights that are available with LED daytime running lights and even smoked LED taillights. When it comes to the interior, we have to admit that it’s pretty elegant and at the same time innovative due to the FlexDoors.
