Now, now don’t start sending us hate messages because we’re bringing you a tuning program for a silly little sub-compact crossover. Irmscher is a German aftermarket specialists very close to our heart because off what they did with the previous two generations of Opel Astra.
They did much the same subtle but modern thing with the Opel Mokka. It’s a bit like taking a cheap frying pan and giving it a chrome handle and teflon bottom... we know, strange explanation.
For the new addition to the Opel range, they’ve created that custom new grille with a stainless steel top. The nasty plastic protectors can also be body-colored to make the Mokka look more like a car. The other big cosmetic change is the availability of a different exhaust system.
The photos show the Mokka is lowered by 30 mm on custom shocks and springs, while the small factory wheels are replaced with new 20-inch Evo-Star or Turbo-Star alloy wheels that really fill up the arches.
On the engine front, the German tuner is working on a package for the 1.4-liter turbo, though they didn’t reveal any figures yet.
