You can't argue with the fact that, apart from being a true driving enthusiast car with a muscle engine, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is an attention magnet in almost any situation.
Most major diecast models manufacturers have apparently jumped on the “everyone likes this car” bandwagon and have decided to offer the less fortunate means of acquiring such a vehicle - at a smaller scale, obviously.
So it happens that the SLS AMG is one of the most popular scale model cars in recent years, with the latest diecast makers to offer a 1:18 scale model of the modern Gullwing being the French from Norev.
We should remind you that the German supercar was already offered in this scale by GT Autos, Minichamps, Mondo Motors and Maisto, with a various number of other 1:43 and 1:24 scales models as well.
Judging from the pictures, it seems that the Norev version will be of a pretty good quality, that title being held until now by the Minichamps version. We have no knowledge of other color or wheel options for the model so far.
